Veterans Best Friend Indiana currently serves only the following counties: Marion, Hamilton, Boone, Hendricks, Hancock, Johnson, Brown and Bartholomew.

(I am willing to travel if we do not have a trainer within 20 minutes of my home).

Before filling out this application, please read and acknowledge that you meet the following pre-qualification requirements:

~Applicant understands that Veteran's Best Friend Indiana provides training to PETS ONLY and does not provide training to SERVICE ANIMALS.

~Applicant must have a copy of their DD214 to prove honorable discharge.

~Applicant agrees to pay only $25 to receive up to 8 lessons/training sessions.

~Applicant must have reliable transportation (can be a friend or relative).
